We are an appointment-based practice and offer both face-to-face and telehealth consultations. While we do not provide home visits, we reserve a limited number of same-day appointments for urgent medical concerns. If you attend without an appointment, our reception team will assess availability and prioritise care according to clinical need. Appointments can be made by phone, via our website, or through our online booking platforms, AutoMed and Healthengine.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalised, and compassionate care. If you have any feedback, concerns, or suggestions, please contact our Practice Manager at pm@pshealth.au.
We welcome patient feedback and regularly invite patients to complete confidential surveys to help us improve our services.
